The incorporation of the LOMLOE into the current educational system brings a new concept about the area of Physical Education. This transition shifts the focus from a performance approach perspective to a competency approach, prompting Physical Education teachers to reconsider how they design the teaching-learning process. The manual under review aims to answer one of the most common questions among teachers: how to teach Physical Education according to the LOMLOE? To this end, it begins with an organizational description of the current Spanish educational system, reviewing the prescriptive elements of the curriculum that support this new approach. This allows teachers to understand the minimum requirements and purposes set out by the current educational law, enabling them to design lesson plans adapted to each educational stage. In this way, teachers are better equipped to implement methodologies, assessment processes, sessions, tasks and classroom strategies that promote access and student engagement based on the principles of universal design for learning. This manual is a valuable resource for Physical Education teachers, as it provides practical resources and examples to help them design the educational process according to the LOMLOE.
