Abstract

With the implementation of the new education law in the Spanish system, there are many possible questions that may arise after reading it. How will it be applied at each stage? What are the main points that should be taken into account? What do concepts such as basic knowledge, specific skills or universal learning design mean? How to elaborate a program under the gaze of the LOMLOE? To this end, the manual reviewed here seeks to help teachers understand some key concepts, as well as programming in specific subjects and areas. The two parts into which the work is divided aim to understand the underlying concepts of the law, the reorganization of the system and understand the pedagogical principles, to subsequently exemplify possible didactic programs in areas such as Physical Education, English, Social Sciences, etc., and stages from Preschool to Professional Training. In short, we are facing an essential work so that any teacher can face the new educational paradigm that is presented to us and that from the 2023-2024 academic year will be a reality in all classrooms in Spain.
