Open access and pricing policy

The journal Tecnología, Ciencia y Educación is an open access publication. All its content is licensed under Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 International). Readers can use, copy, distribute, transmit, and publicly display the full text of articles as long as they cite the authorship and the original source of publication (journal, publisher, and URL of the work). However, they must not use the articles for commercial purposes and must acknowledge the existence and specifications of this usage license.

The journal Tecnología, Ciencia y Educación adheres to the principle that freely providing research to the public promotes greater global knowledge exchange, ultimately benefiting the information society.

Thanks to the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license, the journal safeguards the intellectual property of published content. It always requires proper authorship recognition and prevents articles from being copied, plagiarized, or partially or wholly derived for commercial purposes other than academic dissemination.

The costs associated with layout, proofreading, obtaining DOIs, dissemination, and free distribution of published content are covered by the journal’s publisher. As a result, article publication in this journal is entirely free for authors. There are no fees for submitting work or publication charges for their articles.
